Mark R. Windt, M.D.
Dr. Windt is the owner and chief physician at NouveauDerm Medspa.  He is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Neurobiology and Behavior and a fellowship in Neurophysiology.  Dr. Windt received his doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine; he performed his postdoctoral internship at the University of Texas and residency at the University of Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital, moving on to a fellowship at Tufts-New England Medical Center.  Through his more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Windt has received a variety of prestigious awards and appointments, has published many research papers, is a member of many professional societies, and serves on several medical committees, both in New England and nationally.  He is currently the Co-Director for the Center for Health Enhancement at the University of New Hampshire, where he is also an affiliate professor. 
Lastly, Dr. Windt is the owner and head physician at the Center for Asthma, Allergy and Respiratory Disease (CAARD), with offices in North Hampton, NH and Newburyport, MA.

Roxanne Barnes, COO-Roxanne has been involved in and responsible for million dollar plus projects in the Finance and Energy Industries.  She also founded her own Mergers and Acquisitions company in Dallas Texas. She ran her company successfully for 17 years and sold it in 2007. She decided to retire and move back to New England  where she was originally born and raised.  Roxanne was approached with this opportunity and decided to come out of retirement to join the staff of NouveauDerm Medspa as Chief Operating Officer.  She is looking foward to this exciting new experience in the skincare industry.

Lori Dennehy, Spa Coordinator-Lori brings years of experience to NouveauDerm Medspa having held management positions at several well known day spas in Seattle and New England.  She also served as a Northeast Sales Trainer for an organic skincare line. In addition, Lori is a licensed and certified esthetician, receiving her education at the Institute of Skin Science in Rye, New Hampshire. Finally Lori has had the opportunity to own and operate her own company, giving her a broader prespective on the day to day challenges faced by small businesses.

 

Jeanine Oteri, Master Esthetician, Clinical Manager - Trained at Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Woburn, Massachusetts. Jeanine graduated from their medical esthetics program in 2001. Board certified in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Since then she has been working side by side with physicians in the medical spa atmosphere. Making clients feel better about their appearance is the reason why she chose to work in the Skin Care industry.

Kathy Rowe, Esthetican - Kathy is a licensed and certified esthetician that graudated from Institute of Skin Science in Rye, New Hampshire.  She is board certified in the state of New Hampshire and Maine.  Skin Care has always been a lifelong interest and passion of hers.
